Frisco planning 7th tax increment reinvestment zone to help fund infrastructure in Fields development
Public infrastructure within the upcoming Fields development could be supported by a financial tool the city of Frisco has relied on several times. Frisco City Council on Nov. 2 took steps to establish the city’s seventh tax increment reinvestment zone on nearly 890 acres associated with the development.
