- TEAM
Development team
“A great site demands a great vision and a great team to achieve it.” — Fehmi Karahan
There are plenty of big ideas and bold visions in real estate, but most are never realized. Why? Despite good intentions, the best plans require both financial commitment and long-term perseverance. Our team has both…and is empowered by some of the most capable and committed partners anywhere, including Ray L. Hunt, Chief Partners, and CrossTie Capital. Markets may rise and fall, circumstances may change over time, but with solid and dedicated backing, the vision for Fields will endure.

A vibrant new community is growing in Frisco
After decades spent behind a locked gate, this whole place is a mystery. And its unfolded landscape begs to be discovered. Beyond the promise that lies behind its century-old fences the community that emerges here can become a place of wonder and a playground for the curious.
Where culture and commerce intersect
Welcome to the PGA Frisco
Interconnected design
Fields is more than a state-of-the-art development, it’s a 15-minute city, where commercial ventures and intellectual pursuits are interconnected with nature and culture. Where your car might never leave your garage. Where residents and employees can walk or bike to wherever their heart leads them…parks, cafes, shopping, gym, spa, work or wherever their meandering heart leads.
Ready access to the outdoors
Fields is big. Highly visible. Easily accessible. It’s the center of the center. The logical next step of growth for Frisco and the booming North Texas corridor. More than 2,500 acres – both in Collin and Denton counties; bound by Highway 380 on the north, Panther Creek Parkway on the south, Preston Road on the east…hidden and protected, yet completely connected and accessible with the super arteries of both Dallas North Tollway and U.S.
