Unimaginable landscapes

When steep slopes create unforgettable views, when winding creeks create new trails to explore, when seemingly endless stretches of green create calm and fresh places to be, then you begin to understand Fields…a community so “central” in location and proximity that it feels like treasure found…a gem previously only in rough form now polished and presented to neighbors far and wide who never knew what peace and beauty had always been there…but simply undiscovered.

Fields boasts a stunning landscape that is not just unique – it’s a full 200 feet from its highest point on the sloped bluffs down to the banks at the banks of Panther Creek – featuring topography unseen elsewhere in North Texas. Fields is defined by how it uses this unique land to create an inviting pedestrian experience that links the entire community. Trails that lead through stands of trees. A creek enhanced into a “Chain of Lakes.” Pedestrian bridges, hills overlooking golf, and other engaging connections and vistas. The result: a community where the built environment echoes the beauty and rarity of the land. Where people feel a natural sense of flow and a greater connection to the outdoors.

A vibrant new community is growing in Frisco

After decades spent behind a locked gate, this whole place is a mystery. And its unfolded landscape begs to be discovered. Beyond the promise that lies behind its century-old fences the community that emerges here can become a place of wonder and a playground for the curious.

Where culture and commerce intersect

In this rare setting, the best minds, dreams, wide open spaces and jobs all meet…that’s Fields – and your next best address, job, friends, food, shops, schools and well…life. Yes, Fields is your best life imagined…all under one open-air roof. This is your place.

Coming soon is getting sooner

Coming soon is getting sooner — as soon as 2022. City and country…indoors and outdoors…work and play…life and food…shopping and school. Giving completely new meaning to living, thriving and loving where you do all of these things…and maybe never even get in your car.

Interconnected design

Fields is more than a state-of-the-art development, it’s a 15-minute city, where commercial ventures and intellectual pursuits are interconnected with nature and culture. Where your car might never leave your garage. Where residents and employees can walk or bike to wherever their heart leads them…parks, cafes, shopping, gym, spa, work or wherever their meandering heart leads. This mode of community building is actually a time-tested idea, rediscovering wisdom. With its bold new focus on community, connections and work, Fields redefines what it means to experience a life well-lived.

Ready access to the outdoors

Fields is big. Highly visible. Easily accessible. It’s the center of the center. The logical next step of growth for Frisco and the booming North Texas corridor. More than 2,500 acres – both in Collin and Denton counties; bound by Highway 380 on the north, Panther Creek Parkway on the south, Preston Road on the east…hidden and protected, yet completely connected and accessible with the super arteries of both Dallas North Tollway and U.S. 380 linking Fields to the outside world. Its location is tailor-made for commercial, and yet its acreage allows it to be a lot more. This combination of address and scale creates a one-of-a-kind opportunity for North Texas. To deepen and diversify its mix of experience. To evolve, adding rich new layers into Frisco’s existing world class sports venues and high-end residential. Fields will bring a “connected lifestyle” that includes a variety of quality housing, interesting retail and ready access to the outdoors. Isn’t this what employers, and the talent they are looking for, are seeking?

World championship golf

This is the future home and headquarters of the PGA of America. Next door, the Omni Frisco PGA Resort is scheduled to open in May 2023 with 550 rooms, 30,000’ of meeting space and a variety of restaurants. Boasting two flagship 18-hole courses (one designed by internationally renowned golf architect, Gil Hanse), Fields will host more than 23 tournaments during its first 10 years, including the PGA Championship in 2027, the first “major championship” in Texas in more than 50 years. Fields also features a Par 3 course, and the ‘Dancefloor,’ a lighted 2-acre putting green that will rival the famed ‘Himalayas’ in St. Andrews, Scotland. Where old meets new, the resort will also feature a one-of-kind TopGolf simulation venue for players young and old…appealing to experienced golfers and newcomers to the sport. With these and other amenities, the Omni Frisco PGA Resort will be, as the PGA of America fully intends, the Home of Golf in America a world-class golf destination of for men, women, kids, and seniors. All right here…at Fields. Your new backyard.
