Development of Fields Frisco’s planned north village took another step forward Oct. 25. Frisco’s Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conveyance plat for North Fields, creating six lots from two tracts of land and dedicating easements for development. The plat includes plans for 964 urban living units and three parking garages on about 152 acres, according to a Planning and Zoning Commission memo.
