Frisco and a developer have cut the ribbon on the first phase of a project near PGA World Headquarters. The Preserve is part of the Fields development south of the Omni PGA Frisco.
The Preserve at Fields covers 267 acres. The first phase of the project will include 233 homes ranging in price from $3.5 to $10 million.
