Welcome to Fields, in Frisco
It’s an exciting time to live and work in Frisco, Texas and I am thrilled for what’s ahead.
Voted the #1 Best Place to Live in America, Frisco has always been an ideal, safe, family-oriented city filled with potential. Today, one of our most coveted parcels of undeveloped land, used as a ranch by Bert Fields Jr., will become Frisco’s newest community: Fields.
Fields reimagines the way we think about our neighborhoods and community – how we live, work, play, learn, eat, shop and embrace the outdoors. Fields will be home to thriving businesses and restaurants, dream homes and beautiful neighborhoods, top-notch schools, and world-class parks and open spaces. If that weren’t enough, the new PGA Headquarters and the University of North Texas at Frisco will call Fields home. I can’t wait.
Buckle up for a Frisco future that is beyond bright and exciting. More to come as we begin this adventure together.
Mayor, City of Frisco
Why Fields? Here’s the biggest reason of all. Frisco.
There’s no place quite like Frisco and this is literally just the beginning of the boom. When a strong business community meets the community at large, backed by great schools, yielding a highly educated workforce, there is a big reason demand is on the rise. Actually, there are so many reasons.
Frisco is no longer the best kept secret, it’s simply the best place to be with an eye on the future. With no state income tax, Texas is a pro-business state from the get-go, but Frisco has more—exemplary schools, more than 20 colleges and universities within 25 miles, a wealth of business headquarters and an IT workforce that’s bigger than twice the national average. It’s no wonder, the secret is out. There is really no place else to be, and no place to go…but up.
Location. Location. Location.
Frisco…and Fields. The perfect, centrally located hub for busy lives and booming businesses.
Imagine a direct flight to almost any North American city in 4.5 hours or less. Imagine access to 2 major airports. DFW International Airport, aka, the 4th busiest airport in the world with 260 destinations; 193 domestic and 67 international. And Dallas Love Field, another buzzing major hub. Both right here, making travel easy, accessible and imaginable.
Imagine being just 25 miles north of downtown Dallas with easy access to interstates and major highways. Imagine what this world of proximity means for your business?
Want to be in a location that is ranked in the Top U.S. headquarters market? Frisco is where you want to be. With 23 Fortune 500 Companies, 69 firms with $1B+ Revenues, and 150+ Publicly Traded Companies, you are only joining the best of the best.
There’s a reason why they say location is
everything—Frisco is the reason.
