The Preserve: Realtors Get the Inside Scoop on Frisco’s New Luxury Living Community
Realtors from across North Texas recently had an opportunity to learn more about The Preserve and why it’s the ultimate destination for discerning homebuyers seeking a luxury living experience in Frisco.
During a networking event at the Brookside Club, the exclusive amenity center for residents, realtors mingled with representatives from The Preserve’s 10 custom homebuilders to learn more about the available lots, design options and quality craftmanship that sets The Preserve homes apart from other affluent residential communities.
Keynote Speakers
Frisco Mayor Jeff Cheney provided an abbreviated “State of the City” update, highlighting Frisco’s growth, thriving economy and why it’s consistently ranked among the country’s best communities to live, work and play.
Todd Watson, Senior Vice President of Hunt Realty, also addressed the group to give an overview of Fields. He explained how The Preserve residents will have convenient access to Fields’ abundant green spaces, parks, hike and bike trails, and carefully curated dining, retail and entertainment spaces.
“The Preserve is not just a place to build your dream home; it’s a place to embrace a new lifestyle and sense of community,” Watson said. “As part of Fields, The Preserve residents will have the exclusivity of a private-gated community as well as resort-style living at their fingertips with world-class amenities, a connection to nature and unparalleled views.”
Touring The Preserve
The event concluded with a guided bus tour of The Preserve, where the realtors got to experience the landscape’s breathtaking views and natural beauty firsthand. From the rolling hills to the PGA golf courses to the mature trees and incredible green spaces, it was clear The Preserve is unlike any other luxury residential community in North Texas.
“With the unique topography and lifestyle offerings combined with the unmatched experience and attention to detail the custom homebuilders bring, homebuyers have a one-of-a-kind opportunity here at The Preserve,” Watson said. “We look forward to the realtors bringing their prospective buyers to see The Preserve for themselves.”
